The Sbagliato is famous for its "mistake," but this version is a masterclass in balance. We’ve taken the sharp, rhubarb-forward profile of Dhōs Bittersweet and the crisp botanicals of Dhōs Gin Free, then softened them with the luscious, toasted notes of Myth Coconut Cane Spirit. Topped with a splash of dry sparkling wine, it transforms into a vibrant, "long" drink that’s built for long, lazy afternoons. It’s bubbly, aromatic, and effortlessly chic.

🌿 Botanical Snap – Piney and herbal notes from Dhōs Gin Free.

🍎 Rhubarb & Bitters – A sophisticated, tangy edge from the Dhōs Bittersweet.

🥥 Tropical Cream
– The Myth Coconut adds a toasted, velvety depth that grounds the drink.

🫧 Vinous Fizz – Dry sparkling wine (or soda) lifts the flavors and adds a refreshing, clean finish.

  1. Chill: Fill a large wine glass or a highball glass with plenty of fresh ice.
  2. The Base: Pour in 1.0 oz Dhōs Gin Free, 1.0 oz Dhōs Bittersweet, and 1.0 oz Myth Coconut Cane Spirit.
  3. The Fizz: Slowly pour 3 oz of Alcohol-Free Sparkling Wine (or Club Soda) down the side of the glass to keep the bubbles lively.
  4. The Lift: Using a barspoon, give the drink one very gentle pull from the bottom to the top just to integrate the spirits without losing the carbonation.
  5. Garnish: Slap the mint sprig between your palms to release the oils, then nestle it into the glass next to the sliced strawberry.
