The Sparkling Coco-Sbagliato

HOW TO MAKE IT

Chill: Fill a large wine glass or a highball glass with plenty of fresh ice.
The Base: Pour in 1.0 oz Dhōs Gin Free, 1.0 oz Dhōs Bittersweet, and 1.0 oz Myth Coconut Cane Spirit.
The Fizz: Slowly pour 3 oz of Alcohol-Free Sparkling Wine (or Club Soda) down the side of the glass to keep the bubbles lively.
The Lift: Using a barspoon, give the drink one very gentle pull from the bottom to the top just to integrate the spirits without losing the carbonation.
Garnish: Slap the mint sprig between your palms to release the oils, then nestle it into the glass next to the sliced strawberry.
