MENU INGREDIENTS & PREPARATIONS

INGREDIENTS LIST

  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) NOA Jamaican Spiced Rum
  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) coconut milk
  • ¾ oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz (15 ml) NOA Orange Liqueur
  • ½ oz (15 ml) orgeat syrup
  • 4 cubes of fresh pineapple
  • Pineapple slice (for garnish)

PREPARATION

In a glass container, muddle the pineapple cubes.

Add all the ingredients and mix well.

Pour in the coconut milk, mix again, and let sit for 2 hours.

Strain through a coffee filter and refrigerate.

Simply pour the chilled cocktail into a glass with a large ice cube and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
