Winter Shipping Policy

We take cold weather seriously so your order arrives in perfect condition.

Canadian winters are no joke, and neither is shipping liquid products through them. Here's what we do to make sure everything reaches you the way it should:

Temperature Control:

A $10.00 seasonal fee is added to all ground shipping orders during colder months.

This covers temperature-controlled transit to protect your products from freezing or shattering in transit.

Signature Required:

We won't leave your order sitting on a cold doorstep.

All winter deliveries require a signature to make sure someone's there to bring it in.

Weather Delays:

We keep a close eye on weather patterns across the country. If conditions get extreme, we may hold your shipment briefly rather than risk your order arriving damaged.

We'd rather it be a little late than not worth opening.
