1. General Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping with the following rate structures:

Canada: Low flat-rate shipping options are available at checkout.

International: Discounted carrier-calculated rates apply to all orders outside of North America.
2. Delivery Acceptance & Order Issues (Important)
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely.

Do Not Reject Deliveries: If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately at orders@thesobrmarket.com with photos of the damage.

Rejected Packages: Any order rejected at the time of delivery will be treated as a standard return. The cost of return shipping and any associated restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

International Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred at the border. Most U.S. orders under $800 USD typically arrive duty-free. For EU customers, appropriate VAT is calculated and collected at checkout.
3. Order Pickup
Pickup is available at all Søbr Market Bottle Shops.

Timeline: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready (typically within one hour during business hours).

Verification: Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for pickup.
4. Local Delivery

Availability: Next-day local delivery is available for areas surrounding our Bottle Shops.

Same-Day Requests: Orders placed before 10:00 AM may be eligible for same-day delivery upon request, though this is not guaranteed.
5. Winter Shipping Policy (November – March)
To maintain the integrity of our beverages during freezing temperatures:

Temperature Control: A $10.00 seasonal fee is applied to ground shipping to cover specialized temperature-controlled transit.

Signature Required: A signature is required for all winter deliveries to ensure products are not left outdoors.

Weather Delays: We reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme cold snaps to ensure product safety.
6. Shipping Protection & Liability
Because we ship fragile glass and liquid items, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout.

Protection Benefit: Selecting Route ensures your order is protected against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

Declining Coverage: By opting out of Route Shipping Protection, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment. Søbr Market is released from all liability for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit if this protection is unselected.

Claims: While we will make every effort to assist you in communicating with the carrier for uninsured orders, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for items damaged or lost in transit without Route protection.
