How to Make It

Ingredients

2oz VAN SHA Aromatic Spice
3/4 oz Kvas - Honey Ginger Simple Syrup
3 dashes All The Bitter - New Orleans Bitters
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz aquafaba (chickpea water)
Thinly sliced green apple, sage leaf, and cinnamon (for garnish)

Method

In a cocktail shaker without ice, combine 2 oz VAN SHA, ¾ oz Kvas Honey Ginger Simple Syrup, ¾ oz fresh lemon juice, 2 droppers of All The Bitter New Orleans Bitters, and ½ oz aquafaba.
Dry Shake: Shake vigorously for 10 seconds without ice to build the foam structure.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 12–15 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a thinly sliced fresh green apple wheel, a sage leaf, and a dusting of cinnamon.
