Sparkling Blanc de Blanc

Crisp and clean with a lively acidity and subtle minerality

A nonalcoholic sparkling wine made in California.  They take local Chardonnay, gently dealcoholize it, infuse it with natural flavors, add a touch of sugar for balance, and carbonate it for that final sparkle.

Made from organic Chardonnay, with delicate bubbles for a sparkling, crisp experience.

Sparkling Rosé

Refreshingly off-dry with berry and a gentle mineral finish.

For their Rosé, they add a small amount of juice from red grapes that contributes some color and berry & mineral components.
