HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Combine: In a mixing glass filled with ice, add 2 oz Lyre's American Malt, 0.5 oz Lyre's Amaretti, and 0.25 oz Dhos Tequila.
  2. Stir: Stir steadily for about 20 seconds to chill and properly dilute the ingredients, ensuring a smooth, spirit-forward profile.
  3. Prep the Glass: Place one large, slow-melting ice cube into a rocks glass.
  4. Pour: Strain the mixture over the large ice cube.
  5. The Finishing Touch: Drop in one Amarena cherry along with one spoonful of its syrup. Give it one final, gentle stir, letting the cherry and syrup settle at the bottom of the glass.
