Carefully, our team of award winning producers worked to mimic the characteristics of mezcal without alcohol, knowing that it would only be adequate when we achieved a quality that directly mirrored our respect for the spirit.

Utilizing the base of our beloved classicPhony Negroni®, we’ve emphasized mezcal qualities by smoking nopales cactus, which provide nuanced notes of smoke, vegetal complexity and earthiness to complement its bitter foundation. These layered botanicals paired with a touch of carbonation provide a silky mouthfeel that mimics the bite of alcohol.
