1. Combine in a cocktail shaker:
   - 2 oz Sober Spirits Amaretto
   - 1 oz Sobour Double Wood
   - 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
   - a few dashes of Seasn Dark
   - 1/2 oz aquafaba (or egg white)
2. The Dry Shake: Shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds. This builds the protein structure for that beautiful white foam.
