HOW TO MAKE IT

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Gnista Floral Wormwood
  • 1oz Dhos Bittersweet
  • 0.75oz fresh pomegranate juice
  • 0.5oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5oz Kvas Honey Ginger
  • 2oz Gingerbug Spicy
  • Garnish: smoked rosemary

Method

  1. Add Gnista, Dhos, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and Kvas to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake for 12-15 seconds until chilled
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice
  4. Top with Gingerbug, and add garnish
