INGREDIENTS LIST

  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) NOA Italian Bitter
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail Lime Syrup
  • ¼ lime, cut into 2 wedges
  • Lime zest (for garnish)

PREPARATION

In a shaker, muddle the lime wedges with the lime syrup.

Add the Italian Amer and shake with ice.

Double-strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish with a lime zest.
