Medium-bodied, refreshing and palate-cleansing, our IPA straddles the line between east and west coast styles, with a tropical fruity nose and juicy hop flavour. Pearson Express IPA pairs well with bar snacks such as nachos and chicken tacos, spicy dishes like hot wings.

Appearance: Deep gold, slightly hazy

Aroma: Big fruity nose. Notes of citrus, pineapple, mango and papaya with some hop spice and pine.

Taste: Juicy hop flavour with light sweet malt to support. Tropical fruit to start with resinous pine and stone fruit in the middle and finish. Firm bitterness to finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium body and medium carbonation, with lingering hop sweetness and resinous bitterness coating the palate.

Overall impression: A mix of tropical fruit flavours with some light pine and spice notes to complement. An easy drinking IPA.
