The non alcoholic MULE. A soda made with ginger, lots of ginger, tons of chili and fresh lime. More then a ginger beer, our mule is complex, dry, spicy and balanced. The finish is long and hot!
🫐 Haskap Berry Bramble – Tart berry, balsam fir, boreal finish
Showcasing haskap berries, a little fruit that is more more known around Quebec. We often say that it's a mix between the blueberry, the cassis and the cranberry. It's fruity, floral and tart with a beautiful burgundy color. We add balsam fir and cedar which adds a subtle forest vibe, typical to our terroir. The HASKAP SODA is comforting, boreal and soothing. To drink before, after or during a ski day!
🍋 Lemon Verbena Collins – Juicy lemon, minty, herbal iced tea vibes
