MENU INGREDIENTS & PREPARATIONS

INGREDIENTS LIST

  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) NOA Garden Gin
  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) Mango and Jalapeño Cordial*
  • ½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • Chili oil (for garnish)

PREPARATION

In a shaker filled with ice, pour in all the ingredients except the chili oil.

Shake well.

Double-strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass containing a large ice cube.

Garnish with 3 drops of chili oil.

*Note: For the Mango and Jalapeño Cordial.

Ingredients

2 medium jalapeños

1 cup (250 ml) water

⅓ cup (80 ml) sugar

¾ cup (180 ml) mango nectar

Preparation

Roast the jalapeños under the broiler until well charred.

Chop them coarsely and steep them in 250 ml of water for 30 minutes.

Strain the infusion.

Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

Add the mango nectar and mix well.

The cordial will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
