Missing Thorn offers a white, a red, a rose and a sparkling, all of which are amazing. Aaron is one of the greatest winemakers the valley has, and his quest to bring the world an NA wine that looks, tastes and smells like great wine was much needed and appreciated.

Winemaking Process
Grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness and cold-macerated in stainless steel at 45–50°F before a 12–15 day fermentation. Alcohol is removed using a low-temperature vacuum distillation method that preserves the wine’s natural aromas and core character. The final blend is refined with water (to offset alcohol loss) and natural flavours that complement the original profile.

Missing Thorn’s debut Malbec pours a deep, vibrant purple with a bright magenta edge. The aroma is rich and inviting, led by ripe cassis and plum layered with subtle spice, black tea, and a touch of dried raisin.

On the palate, it’s velvety and fruit-forward, offering lush black cherry, dark plum, and gentle notes of dried fruit. Soft earthiness from the black tea adds structure and balance, creating a rounded and satisfying non-alcoholic red.
