La Petite Victoire is a non-alcoholic sparkling Blanc de Blancs from Woody's, made from organic Chardonnay grapes grown in an old vineyard near the ocean in France's Coteaux de Béziers region, in partnership with a fifth-generation organic farmer. The base wine is crafted first, then gently dealcoholized before a delicate sparkle is added at bottling, resulting in a wine with crisp green apple, pear, and almond notes built for pairing with refined dishes.
