Casa Piñata was born from its founder's memories of Tepache in Mexico City and a search to recreate that flavour after moving to Canada. Drawing on four years of experimentation and experience in the craft beer industry, and inspired by his wife's pregnancy and the lack of satisfying non-alcoholic options at the time, Casa Piñata now crafts mocktails, tonics, and sparkling shrubs using fresh herbs and spices, premium fruit juices, and tangy elements like lime juice or vinegar, all hand filled and labelled in small batches, using only real ingredients with no artificial flavourings.
