Garden Party Gimlet

A bright and botanical spin on the classic gimlet.  The Garden Party Gimlet 💜🍋 is layered with citrus, florals, and a whisper of spring garden magic.

2oz of CeroCero Juniper, White Grapefruit & Lemongrass lays a crisp, aromatic base. A barspoon of Kvas Lavender Jasmine simple syrup adds soft floral sweetness, rounded out by 4 dashes of All the Bitter Lavender bitters. Fresh grapefruit (1oz) and lime juice (¼oz) bring the zing to balance it all out.

Shake with ice, strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with a grapefruit twist or lavender sprig.
