While many non-alcoholic wines are "de-alcoholized" (a process that can strip away body and soul), Verto begins with Verjus: the pressed juice of early-harvested wine grapes.

By picking the fruit at the exact moment when acidity is vibrant and sugars are low, Verto captures the tension, brightness, and structure that fine sparkling wines are known for—without ever undergoing fermentation. It is a sophisticated, "wine-thinking" beverage designed for those who seek the tactile sensation and complexity of a premium bottle.

The Winemaker’s Craft

  • Riesling Verjus Foundation: 50% Riesling juice picked at 14 Brix to ensure high acidity and a clean, linear structure.
  • Botanical Infusions: 50% infusion of green tea (for phenolic "grip" and texture), elderflower, juniper, and citrus peel.
  • Refined Mousse: The carbonation is calibrated to create a persistent, elegant bubble that carries the aromatics and mimics a traditional sparkling wine mouthfeel.
  • Calorie-Conscious: Only 30 calories per 125mL glass with no added sugars.

Pro-Tip: Wine lovers often miss the "mouthfeel" in non-alcoholic options. Because Verto uses green tea, it provides a subtle tannin-like "grip" on the tongue. To experience this fully, serve it at a crisp 6–8°C—any warmer and you lose that refreshing, linear snap.

The Aroma: Highly aromatic and "perfumy." Expect equal parts green apple, lemon rind, and peach, with delicate layers of elderflower, juniper, and a warm whisper of cinnamon leaping out of the fine mousse.
