Our great winemakers in the South West of France have great savoir-faire. We picked this emblematic wine from Gros-Manseng & Merlot and gently dealcoholized it through low temperature distillation to preserve its rich aromas. That's what it takes to start a Revolution!

The dress: Light, pale pink color.

The nose: Notes of ripe, tangy red fruits.

In mouth: We find ripe, tangy fruits, with a nice roundness balanced by a refreshing finish.
