Our great winemakers in the South West of France have great savoir-faire. We picked this emblematic wine from Chardonnay and gently dealcoholized it through low temperature distillation to preserve its rich aromas. That's what it takes to start a Revolution!

The dress : Pale yellow, slightly golden

The nose: Subtle notes of fresh white fruits, enhanced by a slightly toasted woody note

In mouth: A rich and complex aroma, supported by slightly woody and buttery notes

Serve chilled around 6-8°, perfect with creamy chicken and mushrooms or a cheese and spinach pie
