Vinification: Stainless steel ferment, no oak aging for a fresh, crisp style. De-acoholized using a proprietary reverse osmosis system to maintain maximum aromatics and texture. Bottled in beautiful Penticton, BC.

Sustainability: Certified Sustainable in an accredited sustainability program focusing on natural resources, watershed protection, soil health, low input farming, employee and community stewardship and climate resiliency. .

The 2023 Blanc de Blancs shines with fine lemon and pale green hues in the glass. Aromatically expressive, it offers layered notes of fresh green apple, orange blossom, peach, lavender, apricot, and muddled lemon.

On the palate, a delicate mousse of small, uniform bubbles creates an elegant texture. The cooler vintage brings refreshing acidity, delivering a balanced mid-body and a vibrant, lifted finish.
