Gnista is best described as a complex and intense non-alcoholic drink that resembles a fine spirit.  Just like any spirit it can be sipped neat as well as used as a bas for no/low alcoholic cocktails (mocktails).  Gnista has been made possible through a unique combination of gastronomy, food tech and classic spirit making techniques, where distillation, brewing and barrel aging are central.  It’s crafted by hand and in small batches in Skåne, Sweden.

 

TASTING NOTES

Dry and smokey, with tones of warm spices, chocolate rye and a distinct character of oak barrel. Non-alcoholic.

 

HOW TO DRINK

Just like any smokey spirit. Brilliant on the rocks, mixed with soda or as a base for no/low cocktails.


INGREDIENTS

Water, rhubarb juice, beet syrup, dried spices & fruit (raisins, oak, rye malt, ginger, black pepper), extracts made from vodka (almond, cinnamon, rosemary & habanero), wort, sea salt, preserved by sodium sorbate and sodium benzoate, distillates from botanicals (rosemary, clove and cinnamon)
Allergen: Almond and gluten

Pretty disgusting

I can’t even describe the taste - it’s just quite awful. Even the smell is terrible. Skip this product and buy something else.

Also my product had a best before date of September two months ago and the best the store could do is give me 20% back.

All in all a terrible experience.
