The grapes are fermented and matured using the traditional wine making method: fruit fermentation in barrels, separation and aging in French and American oak barrels. All their non-alcoholic wines are the result of many selections, trials, and adjustments supervised by leading tasting professionals. Their flavor, bouquet, and texture are very similar to the wine of origin, except without the alcohol.
