Showcasing haskap berries, a little fruit that is more more known around Quebec. We often say that it's a mix between the blueberry, the cassis and the cranberry. It's fruity, floral and tart with a beautiful burgundy color. We add balsam fir and cedar which adds a subtle forest vibe, typical to our terroir. The HASKAP SODA is comforting, boreal and soothing. 🍋 Lemon Verbena Collins – Juicy lemon, minty, herbal iced tea vibes
