Going back to the roots of ancient herbal remedies, we rediscover rosemary, thyme & wormwood in a fresh & sour contemporary “bianco” aperitif from Greece.

Sweetened wine is infused and macerated with wormwood, rosemary, gentian, and other Greek herbs to create a full volume Mediterranean vermouth. The finished product then undergoes reverse osmosis, a gentle process for dealcoholizing the spirit before it’s bottled. The halo-shaped label design reflects the feeling of being able to drink without any alcohol: simply divine. Crisp flavors make for a great appetite stimulant or palate cleanser. Until we can pack our bags and head to Santorini, this is our go-to for an ahhh moment. 

Enjoy on ice with tonic & a lemon slice in a non-alcoholic spritz, or use as a vermouth bianco replacement in a low-proof cocktail.

Roots Divino, founded in Greece by brothers Manos and Nikolas Smyrlakis, goes back to the roots of ancient Grecian distillation and herbal remedies. Crafted using fresh botanical ingredients, each vermouth expression feels like an homage to a longstanding history.

Crisp and slightly sour with rosemary, thyme, and wormwood.
