Our versatile apéritif brings depth to any Spritz, just add bubbles.
TASTE
Our signature profile is complex and both bright and bitter, akin to an Italian amaro - we like to say it tastes like summer on the rocks. Sweet on the intake, with a fresh kick of Japanese yuzu, and the invigorating notes of lemon balm, orange and rosemary extract, with a slightly bitter and savory finish.

OUR MAGIC FORMULA?
WHAT EXACTLY IS AN APERITIF?
Born on the coasts of France and Italy, the classic Apéritif is a bold combination of botanicals that kickstart the appetite and the conversation. Light and dry, an aperitif is perfect for slow-sipping and fast-talking, a drink that takes friends from sunset to sunrise.
ALL OF THE SPIRIT, NONE OF THE BOOZE
Ghia took out the booze and the fake stuff… but they kept in all the attitude. Their pure ingredients, a biting combination of botanical extracts — no alcohol — are powerful enough to bring out the best version of you without numbing the night (or the next morning).
THE POWER OF NERVINES
The magic ingredient? Potent extracts of natural nervines - herbs known to soothe the mind, bringing the body back from burnout. The creators of Ghia spent countless hours mixing and remixing to get the right balance of taste + effect without adding any nasties. You’ll feel the spark and taste the bite.

Ghia - Apéritif
This is a very good sub for Campari . Yes it lacks the depth and syrupy qualities but it tastes light and refreshing and is not sweet like other alcohol free drinks out there. Definitely worth trying!
I do enjoy a drink with a bitter quality but I found this drink to leave an unpleasant bitter aftertaste
A little too pricey for the number of drinks you can make with it
It tastes so good mixed with Fever Tree tonic water. Great alternative for someone who doesn't want to drink but doesn't want to give up on a good cocktail.
