Our bitter begins its journey in Italy where it is first distilled. It then travels to Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, where the alcohol is carefully extracted, leaving behind a Bitter at 0.0% abv. Ethanol then finds a new purpose in high perfumery.

Finally, it is in the heart of France, in a distillery dating from 1875, that our Bitter 0.0% is blended with different fruits, botanicals and roots, a process which intensifies its aromatic bouquet.

This manufacturing technique preserves the rich aromas, smooth texture, structure and length in the mouth of the original spirit, while being entirely alcohol and sugar free.
