Following the success of launching Nova Scotia’s first alcohol-free wine alternative, we’re thrilled to introduce its rosé counterpart: Pink Piquette Zero. Setting itself apart with a wild rose petal hue in the glass, Pink Piquette Zero offers a meadow of floral aromatics in harmony with a blissful flavour profile of passionfruit and citrus notes. In keeping with our Maritime roots, we've added a pinch of Bay of Fundy sea salt to complement its delicate palate.

Fun-loving yet elegant, our new 0.0% option is equally fitting to a casual backyard gathering or beach day as it is for the most celebratory of life's moments. Not identical to wine, this new sensory experience is to be discovered for its own unique deliciousness.

HOW IT'S MADE

Instead of relying upon the forceful removal of alcohol, Benjamin Bridge tapped into their knowledge gained from making artisan light wine refreshers: Piquette and Pink Piquette, which feature a naturally reduced alcohol content without compromising on quality or aromatics. With strong insights into the power of grape skins in providing the structure and aromatics in these low-alcohol wines, they applied these principles in making the new alcohol-free Piquette Zero.
