The Pathfinder - Hemp & Root
700mL - AF Spirit
As mysterious as it is inimitable, The Pathfinder is a first-of-its kind non-alcoholic spirit. Made with a nod to the days of apothecaries, homemade remedies, and the pioneering of the American West, the spirit feels like a treasure from the past, though it's a completely modern take in the zero-proof world.
The Pathfinder is a fermented and distilled hemp-based liquid with the intense flavor and aromatic characteristics of a spirit, with none of the harmful effects of alcoholic beverages.
WHAT'S IN IT?
The Pathfinder is fermented from hemp and carefully refined by copper pot distillation. We then blend with an alchemy of wormwood, angelic root, ginger, sage, juniper, saffron, orange peel, wild-crafted Douglas-fir and natural terpenes to yield this revolutionary spirit of both complexity and character.
THE TASTE
Enjoy an abundance of amaro-like flavor, citrus, and spice. Wormwood, angelica root, ginger, sage, juniper, saffron, orange peel and Douglas fir bring the spirit to life in an earthy yet edgy presentation. Can be used as a flavorful substitute for amaro, whiskey, or vermouth.
WHAT HAPPENS?
This miraculous elixir, like the hemp plant itself, has no pyschoactive effects, yet contains enough vitamin E, antioxidants, and other nutrients, to go favorably hand-in-hand with a balanced diet. And since there's no alcohol in The Pathfinder, it won't give you a hangover, either.
HOW TO ENJOY
Enjoy The Pathfinder as you would any spirit: it can be taken as a shot, sipped neat, served on the rocks, or mixed into creative cocktails.

I’m on my second bottle already as I find this to be a wonderfully complex concoction. It’s a very difficult taste to describe - almost medicinal - so I’d recommend asking for a sample before committing to it.
So far, I've only offered it as a sampler in a shot glass. It has an incredibly interesting and somewhat novel taste. Looking forward to trying some zero alcohol cocktails with it.
