The Only Okanagan Wine Without The Buzz

Why you'll love the 0.5% 2023 Sparkling White…

If you’re enjoying thinking about seafood - oysters, lobster bisque, sushi - then you'll want to have these cans on hand. Crack a Sparkling White and wrap yourself up in the tropical notes of the Chardonnay. The wine is dry (zero sugar) and mouth-watering, making it perfect for pairing or greeting guests on their arrival.

What makes Okanagan wine so special?

Thanks to our unique “pocket desert” climate, the Okanagan has emerged as an exciting wine region. Our long, hot summer with dry, arid conditions gives our grapes plenty of time in the sunshine leading to more ripeness and flavour development. The cool, fall nights impart balance to the wines, preserving their natural acidity—which you can taste in our wines.

Very dry and not overly sparkly - just what I enjoy

This wine, served with ice and a slice of lime, tastes and feels exactly like a White Wine Spritzer. An awesome alternative for anyone looking/needing to reduce the side effects that come with drinking sugary and/or overly carbonated beverages.
As is, Ones Sparkling White pairs well with all foods typically paired with white wine - especially a light summery salad, BBQ Salmon, lemony pasta with pine nuts, Margarita pizza and with fruit forward desserts like strawberry shortcake, blueberry pie with vanilla ice cream, peaches and whipped cream or something as simple as a Creamsicle.
I love the convenience of Ones in a can, which is my usual go to, unless I’m sharing…then grab the bottle.
