Light, sweet, fruity and slightly bitter, this perfectly balanced drink is everything you could want from an aperitif, minus the alcohol.
TASTE
Fresh tangerine and sweet orange hit the nose first. Then, rhubarb joins in to create a symphony of orange and toffee on the palate, with a gentle hint of gentian bitterness.
