We are very proud of this honeyed syrup made with sweet yellow peach juice and the delicate florality of the white peach. Sparkling water, lemonade, white wine, sangria, sex on the beach, mixed with white beer for a refreshing raddler… There is no end to what this syrup can pair with. Just take your favourite classic, whether it's a mojito, a daiquiri, a margarita or a gin sour, and replace the simple syrup with this tasty peach syrup to summer up your drink!
TASTE
A nose of floral peach with wafts of amber honey. On the palate, the fresh, sweet and lemony peach underpins a gourmet honey finish.
HOW TO USE IT
- Wheat beers;
- white sangria;
- Perfect as a kir or a kir royal;
- In iced teas (green, oolong, matcha, black), with sodas, sparkling water, lemonade or slushes;
- In the kitchen to make coulis on ice cream, yogurt, fruit salad, cheesecake, apple or sugar pie and pancakes as well as vinaigrettes with pork or white fish.
