HOW TO ENJOY

Mix 1:1

Simple Pairings: punchy indian style tonic, flavored tonics (elderflower, orange blossom, etc.), soda water, fresh citrus.

Classic Cocktails: G&T, Gimlet, Negroni, French 75, Gin Fizz, Bramble.

TASTING NOTES

The nose is bold and juniper forward in classic London Dry fashion. On the palate, strong juniper throughout is accompanied by notes of bitter lemon, grapefruit with a hint of coriander. Finishes long with complexity and heat that develops over time.

Not gin but….!

The smell is spot on to me. I need more than the equivalent amount of Tanqueray or Bombay in tonic. That said though, pleasantly surprised and I finally had a cocktail that was similar to a G&T. My only wish is The Sobr Market was closer, or I would be able to be a Canadian. Honestly I’d opt for the latter. The shipping to Pennsylvania is obviously steep, but it may be worth another go after I try their “vodka”. The price of the actual beverage is comparable to alcohol, give or take according to brand, location, etc.

Kudos to Sobr Market! Finally something that’s worth drinking and NOT pouring down the drain. Someone from Canada sponser me, ‘k? Thanks!

Give it a try. Everyone has their own likes, but I enjoyed it!

Good as a mixer

Not good to have on its own, but great to mix it with Fever Tree tonic and a lemon peel. Almost tastes like a real gin and tonic.
