Non-alcoholic with nuanced juniper, citrus, and floral notes, the St. Agrestis Phony Negroni drinks with the same bitterness drinkers of the classic cocktail expect, sans alcohol.
With added carbonation to help mimic the bite that alcohol typically provides.
HOW TO DRINK
Enjoy chilled straight from the bottle or over ice with an orange twist.
Or for a bubbly, option, top with our Oddbird Spumante (prosecco) for a Negroni Sbagliato.
Carbonated water, sugar, allulose, natural flavour, citric acid, fruit juice, phosphoric acid, quinine
Always our favourite Negroni mocktail
If you enjoy the taste of the classic Negroni, this is a very good alcohol free substitute. Has the hallmark bitter taste of the original. Was great over ice, although the glass bottle looks very nice.
The first thing to note about the Phony Negroni is its flavour profile. It successfully captures the essential aperitif bittersweet tones that make a Negroni, well, a Negroni. The bitter notes are potent but not overpowering, while the sweetness is subtle and layered, balancing out the bitterness to create a well-rounded, refined flavour. This blend of sweet and bitter encapsulates the heart and soul of a classic Negroni.
Best product they have!
As someone who is attempting a sober life and who used to love craft cocktails, especially Negronis, this drink hits the spot.
The bitter candied grapefruit flavour of Campari is hard to replicate at home so to find a product that does it so well is a revelation. The carbonation gives it the spagliato feel, it’s refined and refreshing and takes care of those occasional cocktail cravings.
