Winemaking: Oddbird Low Intervention White #1 is the first of a series of limited wines produced from unique wine areas. It is called 'low intervention' because the wines are produced by families that approach viticulture and winemaking in the most natural way. The wines are certified organic viticulture, hand harvested grapes, using spontaneous fermentation and no additives.

Alcohol Content: 0.0% ABV

The grape varieties used in Oddbird wines are chosen with a purpose: to ensure a distinct taste. But all grapes are not created equal, which is why they take care to select the best grapes from the best vineyards from the best regions. At Oddbird, they make sure that the grapes are picked at the right level of maturity. Their wine is aged according to tradition – in barrels – up to a year, so that it can reach its full potential and desired characteristics.

Oddbird wines are completely liberated from alcohol using a unique, patented method that preserves the wine’s flavours and aromas – just as nature intended. No additives and no artificial colours or aromas.

It’s what Oddbird wines don’t contain that make them special. No artificial colours or aromas.

Oddbird makes a terrific wine! This one was excellent…I went back and tried to buy another the next day but it was sold out. So I bought the Oddbird Chardonnay and it was equally great! I think I have finally found a non-alcoholic wine I really like! Have bought 2 more since…lol.
