Soft aromas of white flowers and almonds, pear and bright citrus and honey. The structure is enhanced by the strong minerality given by Vespaiolo acidity and volcanic soil.

HOW ITS MADE
The grape varieties used in Oddbird wines are chosen with a purpose: to ensure a distinct taste. Their wine is aged according to tradition – in barrels – up to a year, so that it can reach its full potential and desired characteristics.
