Smooth and decadent vanilla from fat Tahitian vanilla beans, gets hijacked by a serious cold brew coffee kick
Mash Gang knew exactly what they wanted from the stout. It needed to be thick, full bodied and unique.
At the front end we have Tahitian vanilla and HBC472. Post fermentation we conditioned on a white wine process coffee from Dark Arts Hackney, more Vanilla pods and Bullit bourbon cask oak staves. So, not your average nolo... Oh and we are also nitro charging it to bring a silky soft mouthfeel.
