This exquisite Cabernet Sauvignon is gently dealcoholized under vacuum. The tannins, which are so important for an authentic red wine, ensure an authentic taste and the fine barrique note also comes into its own. The addition of artificial sugar or artificial flavors is deliberately avoided.

Too sweet

Painfully and cloyingly sweet, with no body. Better described as a Tawny Port rather than a Cabernet Sauvignon.
