The Salty Dog is a classic grapefruit-based cocktail that dates back to the 1920's. Easily made with only 3 ingredients, it's the perfect quick-fix for a hot summer day. 

Ingredients:

2 oz zero proof gin
4 oz AVEC Grapefruit & Pomelo
Rimming salt
Grapefruit slice

Directions:

Rim a tall glass with salt and fill with ice. Add gin and AVEC, stirring gently to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
