Tasting Notes

The counterpart to the beloved spirituous version, Amaro Falso, is made using the 20 herbs, spices, citrus and other botanical ingredients, sans alcohol. Driven by nuanced notes of herbal spice, mint and bitter complexity from gentian root. These layered botanicals paired with a carbonation provide a silky mouthfeel that mimics the bite of alcohol. The result is a refreshingly bittersweet cocktail that’s perfect either as a premeal aperitivo or after dinner digestivo.
